Registration
- Registration must be paid before accommodations will be booked.
- Previously held accommodations must be
reconfirmed and paid for by April 15th, 2010.
- All other requests for accommodations must be received by April 15th,
2010 and paid for by June 15th, 2010.
- Accommodations not paid for by these dates will be made available to others
on a first come, first served basis.
- No refunds after July 1st, 2010.
- Pre-registration recommended to speed
up the registration process.
