Registration Information
- Registration must be paid before accommodations will be booked.
- Previously held accommodations must be reconfirmed and paid for by April 30th, 2024
- All other requests for accommodations must be received by April 30th, 2024 and paid for by June 1st, 2024
- Accommodations not paid for by these dates will be made available to others on a first come, first served basis.
- No refunds after June 15, 2024
- Pre-registration recommended to speed up the registration process.
